Periscope Plans Expansion of NIGP Code Business, Announces New President of the Code

Austin, TX, January 17, 2013 – Periscope Holdings, Inc. has welcomed Matt Walker to the team as the company’s new President of NIGP Code and Consulting.

Walker has been brought on to assume the responsibilities of strengthening and expanding the NIGP Code™ business and finding more effective ways to promote the Code and engage current and prospective subscribers. “I’m thrilled to join the Periscope team and look forward to providing our NIGP Code subscribers with additional value-added offerings,” said Walker. “The government procurement community will benefit by the planned expansion in our code-related services, so it is an exciting time to be a part of this industry.”

Walker holds 15 years of extensive state and local government experience, both in service delivery and in technology. His previous career highlights include positions in Deloitte Consulting’s government practice, Hart InterCivic local government software services, and TAKE Solutions/ClearOrbit (supply chain management software).
